i have just received I-797C, Notice of Action; and i have always read in these forums that the proper form is I-797 (without the C). What is the difference between the two forums?
also, the I-797C doesnt mention anything about FP; it states instead that i should expect my interview within 425 days. that is more than a year, while most applications in my area (CSC) take, on average, 4 month from filling to the interview.
any thoughts will be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance.
