I-797C Receipt Question

Experts, please help to understand it.
I recd. the N-400 form from USCIS. There is a line in the I-797C Notice of Action:
It gives my birth date and Address where I live and then it says that,
'Please verify your personal information listed above and immediately notify our office at the address or phone number listed below if there are any changes'.

I have all those information correct. Is it a normal receipt mail or I have to send them my Address proof and birthday proof?

If the information is all right, then don't do anything. Wait for your FP
appiointment letter. You will get FP notice within 2 weeks
