My H1B was renewed. My employer gave me the bottom part only and a photocopy of the I 797 approval notice.
--- I think he gave you I-94 and kept Top portion
Do I need the top part original also to apply for H1B revalidation ?
---- Top portion is for you, you need it for revalidation( you canalso send Copy but orignal is better ( FYI Visa Revalidation from DOS in US ENDS on July 6,2004)
Any advice would be much appreciated,
