Yes. Form I 797 is notice of action. H4 does have I797.

Are you sure USCIS is not assuming her as primary applicant mistakenly? Did you leave the box "beneficiary of immigrant visa petition" on I-485 form unchecked?

Yes, the right check box is being used. The issue is that they had asked for my pages of PP, PayStubs and I797. I just was reviewing my documents and I think they were asking for EAD approval letters (the mailer). Those are also I-797 forms.

Yes. I think you are right. Form I797 is Notice of Action.
Hi,
I got an rfe to send all I-797 forms. I have all the H1-Bs and All the EADs but I don't have approval notice of my first EAD. Will that be an issue? I am sending all the EADs and H1-B and I have been in status thru out. Please let me know if anyone has similar experience.
