I filed my I-765 for post-completion OPT in early February and completed my biometrics last week. I recently learned that my employer’s joining date is earlier than the OPT start date I selected.
I’m considering withdrawing my current I-765 application and filing a new one with an updated start date.
Has anyone here:
1. Withdrawn their I-765 after completing biometrics?
2. How long did USCIS take to acknowledge or process the withdrawal?
3. Were you able to submit a new I-765 before receiving formal withdrawal confirmation, or did you wait?
