My wife is applying in the EB1-B category, and I'm filling out the i-485 as the spouse. I'm on an H1-B, and prior to it had been on an F1-OPT filed by my university.
One of the questions in the i-765 is #11 - "Have you ever before filed for employment authorization with the USCIS?"
Is my response going to be with respect to my H1's, or the OPT, or all (as the next question asks for the date(s))?
If it's w.r.t the F1-OPT, it asks for the USCIS service center and date of application. Since the University had applied, I don't have the i-797C to refer to; only the I-20 which has an application date, and the EAD card I received upon being granted. Which date would be the one I should be using here, and since the University is in NY, shall I assume it was to the Vermont Service Center as per the USCIS website?
