Q11. Have U ever applied for employment authorization from USCIS?
Is J1 work&travel visa employment considered in this case?
Q16, 17. what should be the answer if the application is for a wife(ukrainian citizen) of US citizen who entered Us with J1(no 2 year rule) ?Is it (c) (9).Thank U

i entered on j1 and married us citizen .yes , it is (c)(9).

Thanks for replies. I mean If a person was a J1 student work and travel program twice(no 2 year rule). Does it mean that she applied for employment authorization from USCIS?
 
pf i dont know ... i dont remember filling such question on the forms ... if u tell me which form is that for and what is the question i can tell u what i filled in.

thank U. It's I 765 form for employment authorization and question #11.
 
ok i understand now. YOu check "NO" u never applied for i -765 before. This is for people who prolly renew their EAD which has expired. J1 visa has nothig to do with that. J1`s work permit is issued by the same organizations which issues DS 2019 and thats the Sponsor ( usually CHI). So for sure you check "No". I already got my EAD. :) Good luck
