Hello!
Family-based adjustment of status application, currently on H1B, initial EAD application.
In I-765 Question #11
Have you ever before applied for employment authorization ever from USCIS?
I reckon the answer is "No".
Just want to be sure. Does H1B (work visa) count as employment authorization?

OPT = Optional Practical Training. You can apply for it if you are in US on F1 visa and complete your 4 year school. Its valid for one year. Most F-1 students apply for it as in interim work permit between F-1 and H-1.
