I-765 NOA Not Received

All,

Sent AOS Package (I-130,I-485,I-765 & I-131) on Oct 8th to Chicago Lockbox. Got my checks cashed and received NOAs for I-130, I-485 & I-131. All NOA cases are showing up online as well. Didn't received NOA for I-765.

Question - I applied for I-765 as well; I didn't receive NOA for that. Is this normal or should I be concerned? Is it possible USPS missed it or what ever. What should be the next course of action?

PS - I posted the same question on Oct filer thread; now starting this thread for bigger audience.

gladius, what do you mean by if usps missed it? didnt you send all the applications in one package?

the notifications should have come at the same time , but sometimes one notification comes after another, just wait till the end of this month, if it still doesnt arrive , just make an infopass early next month and talk to them , its still very early..

I sent my package through Fed-Ex in one set; so I know they must have gotten all 4 applications together.

What I meant is may be USPS missed the NOA for I-765 or not, just my guess.

As you suggested I will wait until end of the month and call them if I didn't get the notice.

Question - What's infopass? How do you make it? Is there a fee associated with it? Or is it just to speak with a CSR you need to make one?

Alright so here is the update; I received the rejection notice in my mail today for I-765 saying that the form I submitted an outdated version of the form.

Now I checked the uscis website and latest they have on it is what I submitted (08/31/08).

I will appreciate if you could provide some suggestions here!

call USCIS they will tell what to do but you should print another update I765 even if it said 08/31/08 fill up attach I94 copy and passport copy and 2 Photographs of you, send it along with a copy of the I485 receipt and then wait
