I-765: "Manner of Last Entry"? "Status"?

Hi Guys,

I have H-1B visa which was approved last year. Early of this year, I went back home and returned to US using AP. My H-1B expires next year.

I am filling I-765 now to renew my EAD. In item 14, "Manner of last entry", and item 15 "Current immigration status", what should I say? Anyone has the same experiences?

Two more questions: how long does it take recently at NSC to receive EAD and AP approval? Do I need color passport copy for EAD and AP renewal?

Anyone can let me know what was my "Manner for last entry", item 14 on Form I-765? Should I say "AP" or "H-1B"? Details are in my previous post. Thanks.
