I-765 & I-131 Questions

I have few questions regards to I-765 & I-131 ,

What should I write for the question# 1,

1. A # ?

Eventhough I have EAD, I don't use it and still have valid H1B visa so I guess I can say "H-1B Temporary Worker" for

15. Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, etc.)

but for my wife, she came to USA through H4 and changed to H1B (valid until Sep 2008) and we don't extend her H1B visa anymore . Also since she received the EAD (10/10/2007) she stopped working.So should we say "H-1B Temporary Worker" for
Ques:15 or "EAD / AOS pending" for Ques:15 ?

Please advice.

Also I live in VA so I guess I need to mail the docs to "USCIS Texas Service Center" not to "USCIS Nebraska Service Center". Please confirm.

The A number is the 9 digit immigrant number that appears in the I-485 receipt notice and on EAD card. Why not write 'adjustment of status' for both, since you are filing EAD on the above basis.

You are correct about the service center selection ... for curiosity sake is your I-485 is also pending in TSC?

Thanks for the response. I guess I can write 'adjustment of status'. wasn't sure. I thought your immigration status is H1B if you continue to use h1b even though you have granted EAD/AP.

No my I-485 is pending at NSC.
