I have efiled my I-765. Unfortunately I have not printed the efiled application ( I have printed the confirmation Receipt though). My guess is that my pop up blocker prevented the application from being displayed after my payment (atleast thats what my friend has said).

I read the Next Steps in my confirmation receipt and it asks to bring a copy of e-filed application along with confirmation receipt to the Application Support Center. I have the confirmation receipt but I do not have the e-filed application.

I am really disappointed as I wanted to do file my I-765 without commiting any mistakes.

Please advice.....

I advise folks to file paper based than electronically, as efiling sucks!! I guess your credit card has already been charged and now you have nothing to prove that you have a receipt notice to do your FP. File one more through paper based. Good Luck

I experienced the same problem. You should be fine as long as you have the receipt number. With it you can call to schedule a FP appointment

To schedule the appointment for finger printing and photo, all you need is the receipt number. When I went to my appointment all they wanted was the receipt. They stamped the receipt and gave it back to me as proof that I finished the fp and photo requirement. So you should be fine. If they ask for the application, tell them the truth that the system never gave you the option of printing the application.

It's a known problem that the website sometimes doesn't give you the opportunity to print the application.

It did it to me also, and I had no problems getting my EAD. (in fact, I got it in two business days from the time time I was fingerprinted..This was back in December..my wife was five business days)

Hi - where do you mail the supporting docs for the efile? VSC ( where original 485 was filed) or Chicago?

Thanks

Update

Folks,
I called BCIS to schedule an appointment for finger print and pictures. Customer rep asked me to bring 4 copies of Confirmation receipt and I-765 form I filed. I told her that my computer has not allowed me to print the form. She suggested me to fill out a new form from their website and print it(just for printing purpose, do not pay again). She told me that I can take that with me to the Application service center.

Here is the mailing address to send supporting documents if you filed your
I-765 online

Use this address only if you filed your EAD with Vermont Service Center

By U.S Mail:
Vemont Service Center
Attn: E-Filed I-765
75 Lower Welden Street
St. Albans, VT 05479-0001

Thank you all for your advice.
