I have gov. receipt date of my I-130 & I-765 for 8/14/06. I was told that it takes 60 days to get approval for my I-765 EAD..so in the meantime I can legally find a job before getting my green card. I still have not recieved any approval form for my I-765 yet. The website says it is still processing reciept dates of July 3 2006. So will I still get it within 60 days? I have already taken my biometrics so would it grant me first priority?
