Hello guys, I need some help,

Last year 07-2021. I sent the renewal for my employment authorization card base on my pending decision of my political asylum. I got the letter that they received it and since then I haven't hear anything. My current employer is about to terminate me because I don't have the new card.

At the beginning of the year I was able to check the processing times and they where in Jun 2021 but since a month ago in the processing times there is not dates for (c) (8) petitions, can someone give more information? My Field Office or Service Center is Texas Service Center.

I'm desperate to get info, I just had my first daughters las week and I can't lose my job. PLASE HELP

So you already had a C08 EAD and you are renewing it, right? C08 is one of the types of EADs that qualifies for the automatic 180-day extension of work authorization (see USCIS page and section of Handbook for Employers), which starting tomorrow they are extending to 540 days, so your expired EAD plus renewal receipt should allow you to work until 1.5 years after your EAD expiration.
