Hello to everyone, I will be sending this aplication soon, I have some questions please:

1. It says you need a affidavit of at least two people that know you. Does it have to be notorized by a lawyer or notary? More or less what do these people have to write?

2. What other types of evidence do you send? Do you send pictures? I only have a house deed, insurance with both names, marriage certificate, and a old lease where we used to leave.

3. My wife leaves in a different state because of her job I however stayed here because I had bought a house she comes every ones in a while do you think this will be a problem?
On the part of the adress of the 1751 form should I put both adresses or just one??

4. and last question my GC expires july 5 do I send these I751 april 5 or before.

1) The affadavit does not need to be notarised, just signed by people who wrote it.

2) You send in pictures, tax return copies, itineraries from trips taken together, copy of mortgage/lease that is in both your names etc.

3) If your marriage is legit, you do not need to worry about separate living due to jobs and as long as you can give your good reason about jobs, its ok. You should put down your address.

4) you can send in your application and evidences within 90 days of your GC expiration, not before. It will be returned if you send in before.

Hey thank you for answering I apreciated very much, In the adress sould I put in the 2 adresses or only one example:

1234 abc st lucastown OI / 456789 def jonstown Ls
or only one of them she actually leaves at the other just comes every 2 weeks for a weekend?

and the two persons can one of them be her mother?

Since you are the one who is needed to file the form, you should be putting your address.
Affadavits can be either from family member or friends.

people filling out an Affidavit (family or friend) do they have to be an American citizen???
