I-751 VSC approval

Hi Everyone,

I got my I-751 approved on Friday, 5/15. I just got the approval letter today. Here is my timeline:

Conditional status expires: 2/7/2009
12/22/2008 I-751 mailed to VSC
12/23/2008 I-751 received at VSC
12/30/2008 I-751 priority date and 1 yr extension letter
1/12/2009 Fingerprinting appointment notice date
1/31/2009 Fingerprint appointment but i went in on 1/27/09 as I was due to give birth any day and they took me in.
5/15/2009 I-751 approved
5/20/2009 I-751 approval notice received in the mail
Now just waiting for the actual card

Damn that was fast for the VSC:cool:. I am right behind you...
Do you guys think that are doing December 08 applicants now?? obviously the website is full of bs if you got your approval, it's on August 08.

Also, did you get a CRIS update?

sorry for the late response, i havent logged in since i posted the message.

i was checking for status updates everyday but the case number wasnt showing up, then one day i just received the letter. now that the case is approved, i checked it online and it does say it is approved... now the only thing is that card production is delayed by 8 weeks so more waiting!

i sent in the following:

copies of mortgage statements with both our names on it
copy of checking account statement for the 2 months
copy of w2
copy of utility bill
copies of 401k showing me as the beneficiary
copies of life insurance showing each of us as the beneficiary on each other's policy
1 affidavit attesting to marriage from his sister, notarized

that was it... good luck!
