I sent my I-751 package to Texas Service center on the 15th via express mail but it has been forwarded and hasn't been delivered yet. But one of the statuses states "Processed, July 17, 2008, 9:49 am, ESSEX JUNCTION, VT 05452".
Does this mean that TSC has transferred to VSC without even opening it. Has anyone experienced the same. Is this normal???
