I 751 Technical question

Hello members,

I have a question regarding the paperwork to submit for the I-751
application:

Legal services: Do you hire a lawer to fill up the form and to double
check the paperwork or do you do it yourself?
Based on all the information provided on this forum
I think honestly I can just do it myself saving some $$$...

Utility bills: Do you send copy of the full statement or just the front
that shoes the same address?

Affidavit from
friends and family: Do I have to notarize them?

2 Passport size pictuers
to include with the Form: The USCIS info re the I751 form states
that 2 pictures must be included with
the form. Also, on the back of the pictures
they need the alien #. IS that correct?

Fees: is the fees still $205? Are there additonal fees for
Biometrics??

I think honestly I can just do it myself saving some $$$... It is your choice. But the I-751 is not that hard to fill out, save some money...

Utility bills: Do you send copy of the full statement or just the front
that shoes the same address? Send copy of the 1st page, front and back.

Affidavit from
friends and family: Do I have to notarize them? You do not have to, but it would be a nice touch (though this is the evidence that has the least weight in your case

they need the alien #. IS that correct? If it says so in the form, the it is correct. Just pencil it in. Along with your name.

Biometrics?? There is a $70 fee for Biometrics. So submit a Check for $275 total

Read I-751 form carefully. You don't need to send the pictures now.

If you are applying after July 07, you'll pay new fee i.e. $545 (includes biometric for you), otherwise $275 is the fee

So if you are paying for biometrics, does that mean that you will be called again for fingerprinting and retina scan???
