Hi guys,
Can you clear some confusion for me? My wife conditiona Green Card expires on 11/11/2013. I was under the impression that we can apply to remove the conditions on her Green Card within 90 days of expiration date. Am I correct? We are in the process of moving and also gathering all the documents to submit the application. I will be sending the application within the next 10 days or so.
If we are late doing so, what should be done? My wife is pregnant and due middle of November. Any input will be greatly appreciated.
