I-751 Question

Hi guys,

My 2yr. green card will expire in July 2010 so I am slowly getting ready my paperwork for I-751. I have few questions though:

1. I am little bit of confused on passport pictures. Do we need them or not?
2. There is 90-day window so when is it ok to send the renewal package? I was planning on sending it on the beginning of this window (april).

A2: I would send it when you are anywhere from 88 to 80 days away from your GC expiry date.
