I-751 problem by not submitting affidavits?

Just wondering if anyone has had any problems by not submitting any affidavits with their I-751 to remove conditional from their resident card?

I have tax returns/joint bank statements/deeds to our house/utility bills ready to send in. From past experince will this be enough evidence or will they request affidavits?

I'd just rather send in the info NOW rather than wait to get affidavits notarized etc.. as my conditional GC expires 3/31/07.

I now know I should've put more time into researching this prior to my 90 days before it expires, but I didn't so I'm just looking for advice on what would be the best thing to do now - Apply wiht what I have or wait and get affidavits sorted.

Any advice appreciated.

I think, supplying affadavits is not mandatory. But if you look on the instructions of forms for I-751, it includes that as evidence of bonafide relationship.
This letter does not have to be too lengthy, just plain and simple. So, including this type of evidence will help. Can your folks or your spouse's folks write one for you ? Or ask your friends who know you to write something for you guys.
But its your call, if you have enough other evidence you can choose to omit it. And if you get an RFE, just submit the letters.

Thanks for the response. Its not that I can't get anyone to write the affidavits. Its just by the time I get them notarized its just going to hold me back in sending in the application, and I guess I'm worried I won't get it filed in time. I'm not even very familiar with getting something notarized.. where could I get this done quickly?

Affadavits do not need to be notarised. The person writing it can just sign it.
I have sent in mine as is. Basically, my friends or in-laws just signed the letters with the date, and address.
Signature is fine..Don't sweat over notarary stamp..

Hi:

And in support of this, there are several very competent immigration attorneys who do NOT submit affidavits for their clients, unless the other evidence is weak. It is your call. If you prepare ahead of time, it cannot hurt to include it.
