Hi Everyone,
I have a very complex situation, well who doesn't in immigration I guess.
I got married to a USC in September, 2001 and then got my Conditional Green Card. I filed for the removal of conditions 90 days before the expiry of my Conditional Green Card on March, 2005. I got the receipt number and nothing else from that day. I got divorced from my wife on October, 2006. I thought that I would get a letter or something saying I need to provide more evidence but nothing. In the mean time, I got married to another USC in August, 2007 and had a son with her in December, 2007. Currently, I am going through divorce proceedings again from my 2nd wife and will probably get it done by December, 2009.
I have made infopass appointments numerous times, called the hotline numerous times but nobody seems to to know anything about my case not even where my file is located right now. I do know for sure (100%) that I am not in "Removal Proceeding" either. They keep on stamping my passport (I-551). The last stamp was given to me on July, 2009.
The online database doesn't even have my receipt number.
Now should I file for my I-751 again with a waiver or should I first try to find out what happened?
How should I now proceed with my case?
FOR the SKEPTICS: My first marriage was real. We had over 200 people in the wedding and since her entire family was in law enforcement, practically everyone in the wedding was either in the police department or in Sheriff's Department. My affidavit of support was signed by my 1st wife and her mother. In fact, when we went for the 1st interview for my conditional green card, the officer just called our names looked at us and without asking a single question just said we were done.
