Hi,
I filed for removal of conditions on Nov 15th at nebraska center. But i have not received any notice/reciept from USCIS about my case. I am travelling to my country on 15th dec,07 and coming back on 10th jan,08. My conditional green card expires on Jan 11/08. Can you tell me what documents i need for re-entry into US. As i have only 1 week left for my travel, what should i do? I will appreciate your response.
