Interview for I-751 and N-400 on 03/24/05
Approved for I-751 and N-400 on 03/24/05
Received I-652 on 03/24/05

Even though I never received any letter or information about I-751, I went with my instincts. On my N-400 interview letter never indicated anything about my husband having an interview as well. So he did not think that it was imperative for him to attend. Anyway, he came along. And at the check in at security in Denver, the officers highlighted both of our names. We were surprised because no letter ever indicated that he was to be present.

My interview was scheduled for 7:30 am. Interview officer called my name at 7:20 am. She greeted us both. We followed her to her office. She then siad that since they had a problem we will have to do two interviews together. So it is a good thing that you both are here. Or we would of have to schedule another interview. We were both swore in. Then she went over I-751 application. I confessed that I made an error on the citation question. I showed her a copy of DMV record. Then it was approved. She then told my husband that he was done. Now it was time for N-400. She read a sentence and I wrote it down. Then she asked me 6 questions. I answered all 6 correctly. Then she reviewed application. I confessed about my citation. She asked if I had a notarized copy from DMV. So I gave her my notarized copy of my DMV. She also wanted to see Original Marriage certificate, divorce decree, mortgage deed, 2004 tax return, permanent resident card, passport and copies of trips taken. She said I was approved. I signed and received I-652. She sid that the next oath will be within 2-3 weeks. Usually on Thursday and Friday evenings. So I'm almost done.
Thanks for all the advice and help.
