My GC expires on June 9th 2010, here is my timeline so far

Filed at CA USCIS center:
03/16/2010 - Package sent by USPS express mail
03/17/2010 - Package received in the morning
03/23/2010 - Received notice of one year extension

waiting on ASC (biometrics notice)
 
Filed at Vermont USCIS center:

03/09/2010 - Application sent.
03/18/2010 - Received notice of one year extension
03/29/2010 - Received notice for Biometrics.

i received my 1 year notice extension on 4/1/10. But i am still waiting for my biometrics notice :-( . Did you ever got your Biometric Notice ?????? please let me know

Hi guys, Quick question. Is it safe to travel with the letter of one year extention????or do i need any type of stamp in my passport?

California Service Center filing - Had my fingerprints taken on April 29, 2010, on the same day as you springfield.
Waiting for now.

final timeline: filed: 03/01 - bio: 04/29 - approval: 05/26

Hello to all! I just received an email from USCIS about my wife's removal of conditional PR and it's approved! We are very happy and it was fast for only 2 1/2 months she got it. Hope you will get an approval soon. Goodluck!

March 8, 2010 - Mailed the application and supporting docs to CSC
March 10, 2010 - Receipt date of her I-797C NOA
March 19, 2010 - ASC apointment notice date (biometrics)
April 7, 2010 - Biometrics done in SF
April 8, 2010 - LUD
May 25, 2010 - Card production ordered

Hello everyone,

I'm new to this forum and I was wondering if I can get some help. My temp 2 yr GC will expire in november of this year (through my wife) and the attorneys are telling me that I need to file my i-751 earlier than the 3 months recommended b/c there is a lag in California. I do not know if this is true because I was planning to file exactly 3 months prior to my expiration date so early August. Does anyone know if it's okay to file earlier b/c i know the application can get sent back to you if you send it too early. Thanks in advance!!

Just got an e-mail on Jun15, 2010 said that we ordered production of your new card. It has been about 84 days.....
 
Got an e-mail today Jun23, 2010 said that On June 23, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
