I-751 last minute question about minimum wage + sponsor

My spouse and I had a sponsor when we applied for my residency. I was wondering if we'll have to include our sponsor's tax documents over the past 3 years since the time I got approved for green card, again with I-751 or are we not required to do so? We have ridiculously small amount of income for 06, 07, and 08 and I'm concerned if they'll look over and question how the heck we supported ourselves (as a student, I get support from my parents and we've been pretty much living off of that until about 8 months ago) therefore calling us in for an interview which, as far as I know, only happens to 10% of applicants.

Also, will the fact I'm filing at the last minute negatively impact my application by even a little bit?

You dont need a sponsor for I-751.
