Hi there,
I filed my I-751 September 2008 (Vermont SC) and so far has received the NOA (which extends my conditional green card for one year). I have done my biometrics, and recently received a letter saying that to expedite my I-751 processing they have transferred me to the California SC. Is that a good sign or bad?
I'm planning to visit my family in Asia this coming May. Any idea if i need to apply for any additional document/re-entry permit? Or am I good with a valid passport, the green card (showing expired date) and the NOA stating the one-year extension?
Thanks so much.
