Hi there,
I filed my I-751 September 2008 (Vermont SC) and so far has received the NOA (which extends my conditional green card for one year). I have done my biometrics, and recently received a letter saying that to expedite my I-751 processing they have transferred me to the California SC. Is that a good sign or bad?

I'm planning to visit my family in Asia this coming May. Any idea if i need to apply for any additional document/re-entry permit? Or am I good with a valid passport, the green card (showing expired date) and the NOA stating the one-year extension?

Thanks so much.

You will be just fine. Don't forget to bring your expired GC with you along with the letter. I have traveled all year with no problems

Also don't forget to bring with you the Biometric Appointment letter, is better to be safe in case they tell you that you have not dont with your biometrics. Enjoy your trip.
