I-751 Form

Hi Guys, please help with this simple question.

I am filing I-751 form. Based on marriage.

In part 4. It says "Information about your spouse"

Can I fill it out, or my husband has to do it? Or it doesnt matter?

If he doesnt have to do it, that means that all he has to do is just to put his signature? Is it right?

Thank you in advance!

When you said " Your husband".

What did you mean?

Confusing. Actually, what I mean is - whoever (in this case your husband) wants the condition to be removed needs to file the form I-751. You are petitioner (I guess?) - you shouldn't be filing the form.

No, I am the one who needs to remove conditions. So I am filling out the whole things, and my husband signs it. right?

All information has to be correct. You should only sign where you have to sign, your husband should sign where he has to. No one will match your writing.

There are other more important things to pay attention to.
