I-751 filers..a ?

I'm new here and about to file my I-751 petition. Here's my question...

My husband and I had a son last year and I'm submitting a copy of his birth certificate. Do you think I would still need some affidavits of support? or is the birth certificate (plus all the joint tax forms, credit card bills, etc) enough evidence of the realtionship?

You mean affidavits to prove your conjugal relationship (and not support)? Affidavits carry the least weight. Since you have a child together, and are supplying documents proving financial cohabitation, you really do not need affidavits. Good luck!!!
