I-751 Dec. 2008 filter Vermont center

I-751 was submitted in Dec.23rd, 2008
Check was cashed on Jan. 6th
Received Bio App. letter on the Jan. 15th. and had it done on the Jan. 30th.
But still haven't receive the one year extension.
So far it had been 45 days.

Is the bio. appointment slip the NOA1 (one year extension)?
Or the extension will send out after the bio. is done?

Hey I am in the same boat with you. I filed probaby a couple weeks after you did, and received appointment for biometrics a couple weeks later than you. but no any other forms of receipt yet.

have to say, you make me feel a little easier......

Cindy, I did some research online, people said if we don't get extension paper after 45 days, we should go through infopass to get passports stamped

it has not been 45 days for my case, but sounds like it is what I am going to do

let me know if you know some new answers

I just made a infopass.

Otherwise, I really don't know what to do.
This friday is the 45th day for me.

I have biometrics next wednesday, but infopass is not available that day

and it is a one day trip for us to go to immigration office

I guess I will wait till 45 days, if theres nothing happening, Im going to squeeze another day out for infopass
