I-751 April 2010 Filers

Hi guys,

do we have any I-751 April 2010 filers? If yes, you can share your information here. Good luck!!!
 
We have filed I751 with California center on April 8. Our lawyer got the 797notice a week ago but we still have not received our copy. In addition to that, I have been trying to check the status of the application online using the receit number but the USCIS server returns a message "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status." It's been over 3 weeks since they received it and it's still not filed??? It's a bit frustrating. Does anyone have the same experience with the USCIS web site?
 
I am very sorry to hear that Czech guy. I sent my package today. So I cannot tell you personally what can be wrong. But I am sure there will be more helpful people later ;-) BTW, where exactly in Czech republic are you from? I am from Slovakia - Vysoke Tatry ;-)
 
Got my ASC appointment... and it has different WAC number than the 797 notice of my GC extension. Gotta have a shot of plumb brandy. :-)

the case number for your I-751 should be the one on the ASC appointment (biometrics) notice, NOT the one on NOA1. The one for NOA1 will show you the message saying your case number is not found.
 
Yeah, I learned that. Thought that the 797 NOA1 notice number would be the same as the number on my ASC appointment.
 
Czech guy, how long did it take for them to send you your Biometric notice? Just curious. Any updates?
 
Congrats. It looks like there were only 2 people filing 751 in April since no one is joining us on this thread. ;o) hope this will make it faster for us.
 
I have done my fingerprints appointment about two weeks ago but when I check my portfolio at USCIS, there has been no LUD change since April 13th which is the time when they sent me my 797 extension notice. Is that normal?

Im wondering about that because when we had our 485 interview over 2 yrs back, we were told that someone messed up and didnt send my fingerprints to FBI and I had to wait several extra months for my Green card to come.
 
I don't know if it is normal but I had LUD change on 05/31/10 - 3 days after my biometrics - visible in my portfolio at USCIS.
 
We're worried because I still haven't received the ASC letter we're afraid it might have not been delivered by USPS...

Any others in Vermont Serv Center who are from April haven't received their Biometrics apt. letter?
