I-751 and citizenship

Quick question....I got married in Oct 2005 and received my conditional Perm resident card in June of 2006. I am going to apply for my removal of conditions in March of 2008 ie 90 days before my card expires. Now correct me if I am wrong. I can apply for my citizenship 90 days before my 3yr marraiage anniversary which would be July of 2008. I am a little confused as to how someone qualifies to apply. I would appreciate any input? Thank you.

You need to be a permanent resident for 3 years if married to same United States citizen before you can apply for your citizenship.So, you will file for removal of conditions first.
