I 751 after expiration of temporary GC

Did anyone experience or have heard abt the cases of I 751 who applied after their GC expired.We were busy in our lives so much that we forgot & realized 2 months later & applied then.Now I am worried cuz I filed in feb 2010 & did FP in march 2 2010 & still my case on uscis says pending.
I will appreciate a lot for ur help.

This forum has seen a few such cases. My advice would be to get an attorney to cover the worst case scenario.

It's TOOOO early to worry! it takes normally atleast 3 months for VSC and about 6 weeks for CSC. Which service center did you submit your I-751 at?
I honestly won't worry much about it if they accepted your i-751, extended your status and took your biometrics...but its good to be on the safe side and make a consultation appointment with an attorney.
