Hello, Dear All,
I have a question about I-730 now.
My mother filed I-730 where the beneficiary is in the United States last year and the beneficiary is my father.
The I-730 was approved in May this year. After the case was sent to a US embassy abroad, the case has been transferred back to USCIS to complete now. So until now, my father hasn't received the new I-94 card.
Here is my question, my father's current B-2 visa will expire soon. The USCIS might finish reviewing early or later. What I can do to help maintain my father's legal status?
