I understand the processing time for I-730 is 5 months. Is it true for someone who is already in USA. I am in H1B and filed I-730 two months ago. So far I have done fingerprinting. Is there anyone with my situation, please share your experience.
I am in USA too with J-1 visa which was expired by the end of August. I applied for I-730 at the end of March 2013 and my fingerprint was taken. But nothing yet since then.
