Any potential problems if you did medical examination in a state covered by one INS Service Center and submitted your I-485 to another INS Service Center? What will happen if an IIO holds a doctor list in his/her Center\'s states (but not an entire doctor list of INS) when he/she examines your file?

IMO, it doesn’t matter;

in fact, the above scenario would be common in consulting/staffing companies where the company HQ would fall under a given service center (SC) while the consultants themselves might be spread over all the four SCs.
