I-693 Medical Exam help ( Urgent )

Is it necessary to get the Medical Exam done in the same state where the application is filled or it can be done with a doctor in any other state.

This is for Adjustment of status for spouse of USC. Can I get the form filled & do the medical exam in a state other than the state where the state where the application is filed.

It urgent , so any information would be greatly appreciated. If you had any personal experience on this , please let me know your experience on this.
 
There seems to be no explicit statement from USCIS that medical exams have to be done in the same state where the AOS applicaiton is filed. WHAT IS CRUCIAL IS THAT THE EXAM IS ADMINISTERED AT ONE OF THE MEDICAL OFFICES APPROVED BY USCIS. You have to check out the list of doctors for your area at the uscis.gov.
