I-602 Application by Refugee for Waiver of Grounds of Excludability

After Immigration Judge Approved the Asylem Case. Any Asylee ever Denied by USCIS IO cuz RFE (I- 602) Waiver?

You have been found to be Inadmissible, or Ineligible for Adjustment of status, under Section 212 (a ) (6 ) (C ) (I ).
Misrepresentation " Any alien who, by fraud or willfully misrepresentation a material fact, seeks to procure (or has sought to procure or has procured) a visa or other documentation, or admission into the United States or other benefit provide under this Act is inadmissible". Therefore you must complete the attached Form I-602, Application By Refugee For Waiver of Grounds of Excludability

I am not talking about the Medical Reason.
This is about USA Entry related Issue. I mean Cross Border or use falls documents. The Judge knows all of that and then Approve the Asylem Case. So now why such a big Issue for IO before giving us GC?

Now do i have to get a physican sign the second page of the application? Because i went to my physican and he told me that he dosent know what he has to fill up in the section of the application do i just l have it blank because
in the request from USCIS didn't ask for any physican inupt in this matter?

physician needs to sign only if you are dealing with a medical issue--like tb.

your problem has nothing to do with your health, right? It is about the way you entered the country. So you leave the medical part of the application alone. You send in the waiver along with documents in support of a waiver.
