I-551 stamp and transit through Paris

My wife is planning to travel Air France to the US through Paris. She has her passport stamped with a I-551 (temporary evidence of resident status). Does she need a transit visa to travel through Paris? I would appreciate your help.
 
No. She don't need any transit visa.
I did travel to India with my whole family from Miami to paris to Bombay. No problem at all.
