I-551 expiring wile being outside US

I have applied for renewal of my green card and had to travel outside US. I have received I-551 stamp in my passport with duration of 60 days and left US with that stamp. I am outside US now but my green card arrived at may home in US. Am I allowed to stay outside US longer than my expiratin date of I-551 in my passport, and ask my wife to bring actual green card to me. Will I face problems at POE when returning to US since I left US with I-551 stamp and I am returning with actual green card?

Oh yeah, sorry. I didn't read properly. You can enter with the card, no problem. You'll be fine. I've even left the country with NO stamp/card, and then entered with a card.
