Situation pertains to Canadians under NAFTA, residing in the U.S., and the spouse and children have TD status, a derivative of the TN status holder.
The TD dependants file Form I-539 along with the TN holders I-129 for a mail-in extension.
Question - Are the TD holders " V " applicants ? (the TD spouse not able to work yet B.T.W.).
Also, Do Canadian NAFTA TD dependants need to submit $70 each for biometrics (fingerprints)?? Does the TN holder? If so, where are the fingerprints done, at a point of entry ? If so, defeats the point of mail in...
