Hi all,
Is it true that if we e-file I-539 extension of stay, then we don't have to send any documentation until USCIS asks for it??
Thanks,Sekhar

Sekhar, I never heard of this too. I have e-filed form I-539 for my parents two days back and the confirmation reciept says you need to send the supporting documentation as per the instructions in paper based I-539 application. So, sent the documents to BCIS.
Hope this helps.

Hi Devathi,

Can you pls point me to the link for e-file of I-539? I'm looking to extend my mother's visa and am unable to find the e-file link.

Thanks,
Lucky
