I am applying for my COS from H4 to F1 and need some clarification on a question.
Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?
My Husband is here on a H1 and has an approved I-140. He has not applied for I-485 yet. His name does not appear anywhere in the application.
So I am assuming that I should answer 'No' to this question. Am I correct?
