Please advise whether I can print and send the physical form or it has to be filed online only? Also, during the time when I haven't received the received and have to get a new TN, how do i prove that I have filed for change of status?
AS I recall, the USCIS will issue your receipt number immediately if done online. This serves to facilitate the sending of any physical documents required for your petition.
If I get a contract role through staffing agency, am i allowed to change the client as my employer will remain the same ( staffing agency) without new getting TN1 and using the same TN ( TN category remains same )
Only if the staffing agency worded your TN lletter allowing for differnt clients. Usually that is the case, but some may write for a specific client, in awhich caes you need a new TN petition if there is a new client.
