I 485

My I 140 is approved and I have to apply for I 485. I have to move to another office of our company in another state. Does anybody know how this is going to affect my I 485. Would I be required to restart right from LC because I thought LC was specific to the state in which it was approved. Or can I file for I 485 from the current state or the new state.
