Hi everyone,
My I-140 lawyer and another consultant told me I can use a single check / G-1450 form for all the forms I'm sending in my application (one per person), but reading through USCIS website it seems to say something different. Do I understand correctly that I need three checks per person for I-485, I-130 and I-765 forms? What if I use G-1450? Does it mean I also need to use three separate forms, one for each form I'm submitting?
Thanks,

Q. If separate fees are required when I file multiple forms together, may I pay with one check?
A. No. We are transitioning to electronically processing immigration benefit requests, which requires us to use multiple systems to process multi-form submissions. We may reject your entire package if you submit a single, combined payment for multiple forms.
