Hello, I have a question for something I don't understand... I applied for asylum on 2003 and my case was refered to an immigration judge, and has been pending by delays thanks to the judge mercy ever since, now I have an I-140 aproved for a PD as of febuary 2006, and I want to Apply for AoS on July 2nd, so the question is what would the procedure be in my case, should I apply in front of the judge and ask for voluntary departure? or should I apply in a normal way and then file for the departure later on? do I qualify for advance parole? will I have to get out of the country at some point? please I would appreciate any guidance on this. Oh and by the way when will my wife be able to apply for AoS, with me? or after receipt notice?
