Just did my biometrics...i-485/i-765 (code 3)...
What should happen now? And, what is the timeframe for green card?
My paperwork is with the texas center.

Thanks

Just wait for any letters from the USCIS e.g. request for evidence, approval, denial .....etc and follow the instructions. The time frame is ~ 2 months (rearely shorter than that) to 15 years (may be longer), differ from case to case. In the average about 1.5 years you will hear some thing if yu have current priority date.

Hi Magik570, considering it's a month since you have done your biometrics, can u pl update your developments, have u rcvd EAD , AP etc.

I recently got my biometrics done too.

I had my fingerprinting done in Aug 07 (visa bulletin fiasco). Not yet received another notice to get my fingerprinting done again. Should I be calling USCIS to find out if they missed sending me the fingerprinting notice? Do fingerprints expire every 15 months that I have been reading elsewhere?

Shahed,

Did you get your EAD/AP yet?
Are you EB2 or EB3? ROW?
Please provide some info.
Thanks
