how would i know my PD?.. in my FP notice.. the PRIORITY DATE was left blank by USCIS... where is the PD based from?

PD is the date you submitted your labor to the labor Dept..

It's the date you submitted the labor to the state.

congrats, but

the unfairness stirs up people. I have MUCH earlier dates in any criteria (PD/RD) but still waiting (3+ years since 485 RD), and I am sure there are even many people suffering longer waitings...

of course, this is absolutely gov's issue, nothing on your side, so congratulations again!

what is your pd? you applied 485 3 years before means ..you are lucky one and able to apply but lot's of people struck in backlog and now they got chance for apply and approval......

My Opinion: it doen't make any sense to approve 485 based on RD....strictly based on PD only ( bec some people are lucky to apply 485 immediately after labor/Perm approval)

I hope and pray ..they approve all cases by PD

I totally understand the frustration as I myself has been waiting since 2001. Got stuck in DBEC for almost 6 years and looks like I'm stuck again on NC.
Congrats LCSoon. I'm glad your waiting is over.
