Hi Folks,
We filed EB2 I-140 and I-485 concurrently in the month of Oct 2002 on the same day. Our I-485 applications (myself and my wife) have been approved today.
This forum has been an excellent(can not find a better word to describe it) source of immigration Information. Many individuals (PCEE, Kashmir , Cinta , dsatish, sillyman and so many to name here) have done exceptional work in gathering and disseminating information. This is the forum where I really understood the true meaning of "community" (to laugh , feel other's anger, providing a mechanism to vent our feelings and so on). Our hearty thanks to all the present, past , visible and invisible folks. On my part, my contribution has been very very minimal to none except for few posts here and there. Rajiv inspires me(and I guess, all of us) all the time of what professionalism and leadership is all about.
Being a WAC03 applicant, I understand very well that we don't deserve a speedy, out of sequence adjudication process at the cost of pending old applicants although , every byte of our heart was looking for luck. I think, the luck came through and I wish everyone receives their fair share.
I wish everyone all the best in their quest for permanent residenship and career achivement. Wish you all good luck.

2 Aps 2 EAD were applied and approved in the meantime.
2 Finger print requests were received and done in the meantime.
I-485 RFE received: March 15, 2004
I-485 RFE replied : April 7, 2004
I-485 RFE received by USCIS : April 13, 2004
I-485 approved: 13 May 2004
